Organizing the Inside – Day 130 Real Confidence

17How precious to me are your thoughts, O God! How vast is the sum of them! 18Were I to count them, they would outnumber the grains of sand. When I awake, I am still with you.

Confidence comes when you know who you are in Christ.
When we see ourselves through the amazing light of the Word of God there is no challenge or dream too big or unattainable. It may not always feel like it but you actually have all that you need to fulfill God’s plan for your life right there on the inside of you.  When your confidence is in Christ it is a confidence that is unshakable and able to withstand in the evil day.

The best way to build confidence is through the Word of God.
Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away. Mark 13:31 It is the one thing that is constant and will not change. No matter the disposition of your attitude, or the situation around you there is one thing that remains the same, and that is the Word of God. His truth endures forever. For I am the LORD, I change not; Malachi 3:6 The world would have you conditioned to build, “self confidence” but anything you build on your own and in your own knowledge of your abilities will surely fail. God tell us, Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; Proverbs 3:5 How foolish would it be then to try to build confidence on anything we think we know.

True confidence is certainly not here today and gone tomorrow.
True confidence is about having faith in the one who made you and ordained your life. The LORD called me before my birth; from within the womb he called me by name. Isaiah 49:1 Knowing that God made plans for you long before your parents knew you, should establish your confidence. There are those who would rather you not find your authentic voice, and not be the woman God called you to be; because in their unyielding hearts they think that lets them off the hook from having to do better themselves.
Yes, elevate your standard, for yourself and you’ll elevate the standard of those around you. Set a standard of righteousness, and stand firm in the power of who God made you. Consider the wisdom of God’s word, hide it in your heart, and bind it around your neck.
Then let your confidence soar to new heights!
